Responsibilities include providing customers with on-site mechanical and technical support, inspection, maintenance, and rebuilding of heavy machinery, hydraulic and electrical service maintenance, and rental fleet maintenance and repair.
Position requirements include:
- Valid driver's license
- Good customer relations and communications skills
- Capable of multi-tasking while working with customers and co-workers
- An ethical approach to business at all times
- Clean driving record
- Must have your own tools
- The ability to lift up to approx. 50 – 75 lb on a daily basis
- Basic computer skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Welding experience preferred but not required

Heavy Construction Equipment Territory Sales Representative
Full-Time, Appleton, area surrounding Lake Winnebago
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining customer relationships, presenting products to customers, conducting on-site product demonstrations, preparing proposals, working with customers on financing and payment options, closing sales, coordinating product support, and maintaining contact with sales management.
Position requirements include:
- A hard working self starter with outside sales experience and a successful track record
- Strong networking skills and the drive to consistently prospect for new leads
- The patience, composure, and persistence to take a deal from introduction to closure
- A strong independent streak and the desire to set and follow a schedule
- Able to set and achieve challenging sales goals and successfully manage accounts within a designated area
- Experience with construction equipment
Service Technician
Full-Time
Responsibilities include providing mechanical and technical service to customers regarding inspections, maintenance, service, repairs, rebuilds, and upgrades to all types of heavy equipment.
Position requirements include:
- Experience and training in repairing heavy or light equipment, mill & paving equipment, farm machinery, diesel or gas engines, transmissions, and basic hydraulics
- Good customer relations and communications skills
- Capable of multi-tasking while working with customers and co-workers
- The ability to lift up to approx. 50 – 75 lb on a daily basis
- Basic computer skills
